In order to provide quality components and products it takes a solid team of individuals and a range of high performance machinery, but this alone is not the key to success. The correct choice of facilities and manufacturing techniques play a very important part in achieving your desired product.
Brining together the skills, machinery and the following facilities, we constantly provide our clients with products which are reliable, cost effective and functionally suitable for purpose.
VINYL WRAPPING
We are able to wrap plain or profiled doors for kitchens and bedrooms and any bespoke furniture were required.
BONDED MATERIAL
Component finishes bonded to suit clients specification. This includes a wide range of available finishes including Malamine, Laminate, Real Wood, Colour Core Laminate.
INJECTION MOULDING
This process of producing plastic components is a must when high volume, accuracy and intricacy is required. Almost any colour is achievable ensuring it matches your design.
METALWORK
We have access to a wide range of metalwork and fabrication facilities.
VACUUM FORMING
Whilst not as precise as Injection Moulding, this cheaper method allows identical components to be produced. This process is superb for prototyping and low volume requirements.
SPECIALIST MATERIALS
This example shows the use of "T-Bar" Edging, which provides a neat finish to your product edge and corners. "T-Bar" is available in a range of shapes, sizes, colours and effects to match your product design.
SOLID SURFACING
This example shows part of a roulette table which has a solid moulded surface. This hard wearing finish is available in a range of colours and may be shaped to fit your specific design and requirement.
