CNC
Large flat bed CNC machines with multi-tool changers, make light work of repetitive and complex profiles on most materials. Interfacing between specialised CNC routing software and our CAD system cuts down the time from design to concept allowing prototyping to be completed prior to manufacture.
SIDE DRILLING
Uniform drilling the top and end of sheet material is simplified allowing components to be glued and dowelled to provide accurate jointing methods.
HAND TOOLS
We as a company realise that not all processes may be automated, the use of traditional skills and hand tooling still play an important part in many designs and products we manufacture.
SPINDLE
The ability to rebate, groove and shape materials provides many types of finishes, and is essential in the production of various components used within your design.
VINYL WRAP
A new generation of membrane press, this machine can be used with or without a membrane and can be fitted at any time with one or two loading trays.
